Pappy’s Smokehouse

Join us for a relaxed and delicious evening at Pappy's Smokehouse, where museum professionals can connect and mingle with symposium sponsors over a classic St. Louis BBQ feast. Available first come, first serve. Space is limited

This set menu includes pulled chicken, beef brisket, house-made potato salad, green beans, and cookie tray. A cash bar will be available for drinks.

Evening itinerary:

5:00 pm-5:15 pm: Meet in Hotel Lobby
5:15 pm-5:30 pm: Shuttle transportation to Pappy's Smokehouse
5:30 pm-7:45 pm: Dinner at Pappy's Smokehouse
7:45 pm-8:00 pm: Shuttle transportation to hotel
