About me
Sully has over 50 years of experience in museum, non-profit, and organizational management, programming, and fundraising. He has led Chora’s strategic planning practice for the past 15 years. From 1991 to 2006, he served as Associate Director at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History, where he managed all aspects of public programs, including exhibitions, education, and national outreach. Before that, he directed the New York State Museum in Albany and the Rochester Museum and Science Center. Sully holds a graduate degree in management of non-profit organizations from the University of Rochester.
