Otto leads the development and execution of Clayco’s large projects from conceptual design to turnover; and has personally led over $2 billion in new construction with the company. Otto uses Clayco’s integrated model and progressive design-build to work collaboratively with clients and design teams, creatively solve problems, and deliver exceptional buildings within budget and on time. Otto has been an integral component of numerous aviation, office, mission critical, healthcare, laboratory and financial facilities across the country.
