About me
GSM Project is a studio specializing in the ideation, design, and production of engaging visitor experiences. As executive producer, Eric encourages our studio to push the boundaries of exhibition design, shaping experiences that transform how visitors perceive the world in new and exciting ways. Working hand in hand with the Calgary Stampede Foundation, Eric oversaw the successful execution of all experience aspects of the project, from initial concept to final delivery. In collaboration with the client and other stakeholders, he led the development of the project plan, defined the strategic direction, and managed the risks associated with production. Despite the challenges faced, Eric inspired and unified the team, ensuring all members work together to fulfill the project scope.
