About me
Chris has over 25 years of experience in museums and a strong background in executive leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, education, and exhibit development. From 2004–2013 he was executive director of the Noah Webster House and then directed the Connecticut River Museum (2013–2018). Since 2018 he has been the Executive Director of Museum of the Rockies, known for its paleontology and Western History collections. Chris has led successful capital campaigns and acted as a strategic planning consultant. Other work includes: Mystic Seaport Museum and the Fenimore Art Museum/Farmers’ Museum. He holds an MA from the Cooperstown Graduate Program.
