With a deep understanding of the unique challenges museums face, she has worked on the development and management of cultural institutions at both a strategic and operational level. Prior to joining UPC, Megan served as Associate Director of Facilities at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum & Foundation, where she played a key role in overseeing projects across the institution’s constellation of museums in New York, Abu Dhabi, and the Helsinki Competition. Her work at the Guggenheim encompassed facilities management, capital planning, and large-scale development initiatives, ensuring the successful integration of architectural and operational goals. A registered architect with over 25 years of experience, Megan has also worked in construction and real estate, managing projects for both corporate and non-profit organizations. Her expertise bridges the worlds of cultural institutions and the built environment, making her a valuable resource for museums navigating complex capital and operational projects.
